Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days using Australia Post domestic shipping from our warehouse in Clifton Hill, Australia.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
To keep your parcel safe, we also require signature on delivery. If you are unavailable for delivery your parcel will be available to collect from the post office indicated on the delivery card left behind as well as your online tracking.
If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Carrier information can be found on your tracking email. You can reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are having trouble locating the carrier.
Items Returned to Sender
In some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons:
- Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout.
- The order was not collected in time.
- Additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid.
If this occurs, we will be in contact once the order arrives back at our warehouse to arrange re-delivery.
To ensure orders can be processed & shipped efficiently (we understand how much you want to get your hands on the goodies) we can only offer amendments to orders up until the order has been fulfilled.
This includes requests to update addresses or items purchased (note: amendments to items purchased will be subject to availability).
For any order amendment requests please email email@example.com & include your order number in the subject.
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- United States
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will also receive estimated delivery timeframes at checkout. Once your order has been shipped any changes to delivery timeframes are unfortunately out of our control.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Post Primadonna is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Once your order has been transferred to a local carrier we cannot guarantee tracking data will be available as some services don't offer this as a standard feature.
