Returns Policy


Post Primadonna accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt, for refund.

This policy excludes:

  • Pierced jewellery (earrings, or body piercing jewellery) for hygiene reasons
  • Items to which a discount code has been applied 
  • Items on sale 

Parcels are to be returned to our Melbourne warehouse at the cost of the customer (for change of mind returns).

Post Primadonna cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We strongly recommend returning the parcel with tracking.


Post Primadonna does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return an item and receive a new or alternate product, please lodge a standard return. Then place a new order through our website.


If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange return via post for assessment. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Post Primadonna up to the original shipping amount paid. We recommend using your local postal service, rather than private companies, to ensure return costs are under the original shipping cost.

Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions, sent with each order, for all Post Primadonna items. Proactive care and maintenance is truly the best way to keep your pieces looking great longterm.

Read our Jewellery Care Guide for tips. Those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.


In order to make a return for refund, please email with the following information:

  • Original Order Reference Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Items to be returned for refund
  • State the reason for return

Until authorised by a member of our team and provided with an address, returns must not be sent.

Please note, Post Primadonna will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases for the return of change of mind items.

In the event that a return is due to a fault, Post Primadonna will cover the cost of return shipping, and duties.

Post Primadonna reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

In the event that a return is received, which, upon inspection, does not meet our requirements, we will return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
